Whoa! It's been a long time since my last post. I'm well, as is Hubby. He is now walking on his own some of the time, but uses a cane when he's got to walk over uneven ground. He will be going for his six week follow-up appointment with the surgeon next Wednesday. At that time he will likely be given official clearance to start driving again ( Read more... )

I've been crazy busy lately. I've caught up with friends posts, but haven't commented. I was preparing for a card workshop, which ended up being one of my most successful. Today was a better day. Teddy woke up early again, but instead of going back to sleep after I re-kenneled I decided to read my Bible and work through this weeks Bible study. I was able to prepare all the card stock for 3 of the 5 cards for my work shop and this evening I typed up the instructions for the 3 cards. All in all a productive day. Today ( Read more... )

It's raining this evening. Hopefully it will not turn to the white stuff overnight. The Weather Network reports that it's merely overcast and isn't forecasting any precipitation overnight?? Last year I decorated some Decor Blocks from Stampin' Up! for our oldest daughter. When the Designer Series paper Paisley Petals came out our youngest daughter asked me to make blocks for her. I don't know what took me so long to make them, beside the fact that I kept misplacing the words she wanted on the blocks. I started work on them on Monday ( Read more... )
